7/7/26 farm update - It's go time! Looks like this weekend is harvest for most of the varieties. Once we get them all out and tucked into the barn for curing, we will have a good idea of what will be available. Curing process will take 2-4 weeks and we should be able to start loading inventory around that time.

Don't forget we have a back in stock request on each variety. If you are interested in something, put your email in and we will send you a message when it is available. Enjoy the summer!

Our Story

We are a small family run farm growing garlic using organic practices. We started small growing only about 100 head of garlic for us and to share with family and friends. As we gave away more and more, People loved it! We started to slowly increase and wanted to seek out varieties that would be well suited to our area in Western NY.

2026 Spring update

Happy Spring, finally! It has been a long and cold winter and despite that the garlic is thriving in the cool wet weather. A couple of weeks ago we had just completed covering all of the garlic and shallots with row covers in anticipation of the first flight of the Allium leaf miner. They typically arrive here in late April with the first wave in NY being over by mid June. That usually coincides nicely with when the garlic begins to produce its scapes and we can remove them

2025 Wrap-up

Wow! 2025 was a great year! Despite weather challenges we had a really good harvest, and we are currently sold out of almost everything. We attended our first garlic festival, Webster Garlic fest, which was a smashing success. It was great to talk "garlic" with all of our customers and make some new friends. We are planning to attend again next year. All of our planting for next year has been completed and we tested out the new dibbler. It has saved us so much time in plan
