Our Story

We are a small family run farm growing garlic using organic practices. We started small growing only about 100 head of garlic for us and to share with family and friends. As we gave away more and more, People loved it! We started to slowly increase and wanted to seek out varieties that would be well suited to our area in Western NY.

How to Properly Cure Garlic for Long-Lasting Flavor

Since we are in the midst of our curing process, I thought I might share some more information on why it is so important and how we make sure our garlic is ready for storage.
