8/9/26 Farm update - Hope you had a great weekend!
The garlic is still drying (thanks rain!) but we have finished cleaning, sorting and sizing, good times! We have loaded the inventory on the website. We have Italy Hill, German Red, Marjean and a limited amount of Inchelium up for sale. There is only one pound of the Medium Chesnok left, so if you are looking for that, grab it now.
The full inventory of shallots has been added. We have French Grey and Dutch red shallots available. We are getting low on the Dutch red so don't delay getting your orders in.
We had a big crazy mix up this year and some of purple stripes decided to mix and mingle with each other. We cannot sell these as their individual varieties without being able to confirm that is what they truly are. Therefore, we are offering a mystery "Field Mix" for a super reduced rate, $12 a pound. It is a mix of Pehoski Purple and Chesnok with a little Marjean thrown in. Size or variety is not guaranteed, it's a mystery folks! Great option if you are not particular on which varieties you plant.
We will be holding back some stock for the upcoming Webster Garlic Festival on Sept 12th and 13th. If you are local and will be attending, we may have some "festival specials", come and join us!
Regretfully, due to Allium shipping restrictions, we cannot ship to Idaho, Washington, Oregon. Please check your local restrictions. Any orders with addresses from those states will be cancelled and refunded.
Sorry to you folks! believe me, we wish we could!

We are a small family run farm growing garlic using organic practices. We started small growing only about 100 head of garlic for us and to share with family and friends. As we gave away more and more, People loved it! We started to slowly increase and wanted to seek out varieties that would be well suited to our area in Western NY.
