All of the inventory has been loaded onto the website and is available for purchase now. Sorry, but we are sold out of the Dutch Red Shallots. If you are looking for shallots, I highly recommend the French Grey which currently is still in stock. Don't hesitate we are selling out of everything else quickly this year!

We are currently only shipping within the U.S. and regretfully, are unable to ship to the states of Idaho, Washington and Oregon. Please check your local restrictions before purchasing. Any orders from these states will be cancelled and refunded. Sorry, we wish we could!

Also, we are thrilled to be attending the 2026 Webster Garlic Festival on September 12th and 13th. If you are local and plant to attend, you can pre-order your garlic for pick-up at the festival. Choose Local pick-up at check out and send us a message that you would like to pick up at the Festival. We will have your order ready and waiting. Our Story

We are a small family run farm growing garlic using organic practices. We started small growing only about 100 head of garlic for us and to share with family and friends. As we gave away more and more, People loved it! We started to slowly increase and wanted to seek out varieties that would be well suited to our area in Western NY.

How to Properly Cure Garlic for Long-Lasting Flavor

Since we are in the midst of our curing process, I thought I might share some more information on why it is so important and how we make sure our garlic is ready for storage. If you store it too soon, moisture trapped in the neck and wrappers can lead to mold, sprouting, soft cloves, and wasted bulbs. 2026 Spring update

Happy Spring, finally! It has been a long and cold winter and despite that the garlic is thriving in the cool wet weather. A couple of weeks ago we had just completed covering all of the garlic and shallots with row covers in anticipation of the first flight of the Allium leaf miner. They typically arrive here in late April with the first wave in NY being over by mid June. That usually coincides nicely with when the garlic begins to produce its scapes and we can remove them

2025 Wrap-up

Wow! 2025 was a great year! Despite weather challenges we had a really good harvest, and we are currently sold out of almost everything. We attended our first garlic festival, Webster Garlic fest, which was a smashing success. It was great to talk "garlic" with all of our customers and make some new friends. We are planning to attend again next year. All of our planting for next year has been completed and we tested out the new dibbler. It has saved us so much time in plan
