8/3/26 farm update - Happy soggy day.
Well, the rains brought some dampness to our curing and so it looks like it might be a little longer. We want to make sure that the garlic is properly dried before we store it. We'll have some tips on that coming up soon, check our blog page for more garlic curing tips.

We have added some inventory for the Italy Hill, Marjean, Chesnok, Inchelium and German Red for sale, more will be coming once sorting is done. We have added the French Grey and the Dutch Red shallots also if you would like to add those into an order, grab some while you can. Shipping will not begin until September unless you contact me directly to request otherwise and we will not ship until we are sure it is completely cured.

The rest of the varieties and/or sizes currently show as "sold out", feel free to add a "back in stock" request to be notified when they are ready.

Regretfully, due to Allium shipping restrictions, we cannot ship to Idaho, Washington, Oregon. Please check your local restrictions. Any orders with addresses from those states will be cancelled and refunded.
Sorry to you folks! believe me, we wish we could!

We are a small family run farm growing garlic using organic practices. We started small growing only about 100 head of garlic for us and to share with family and friends. As we gave away more and more, People loved it! We started to slowly increase and wanted to seek out varieties that would be well suited to our area in Western NY.
