7/23/26 - Farm update - Happy Friday!

All the varieties have been harvested! This has been the latest that I can recall harvesting the garlic, maybe due to the weird and wild winter and spring we had. However, the garlic looks awesome and others seem to agree it was a great harvest this year. Our most popular variety, Italy Hill, truly was the winner this year and it looks like we have a bumper crop. As such, we have decided to open that variety up for pre-sale. This will be a sell-out again this year so grab it while you can!

The rest of the varieties currently show as "sold out" but will added in the upcoming week or two as well as the shallots. Curing is going quickly so it shouldn't be long. Feel free to add a "back in stock" request to be notified when they are ready.

Regretfully, due to Allium shipping restrictions, we cannot ship to Idaho, Washington, Oregon. Please check your local restrictions. Any orders with addresses from those states will be cancelled and refunded.

Our Story

We are a small family run farm growing garlic using organic practices. We started small growing only about 100 head of garlic for us and to share with family and friends. As we gave away more and more, People loved it! We started to slowly increase and wanted to seek out varieties that would be well suited to our area in Western NY.

2026 Spring update

Happy Spring, finally! It has been a long and cold winter and despite that the garlic is thriving in the cool wet weather. A couple of weeks ago we had just completed covering all of the garlic and shallots with row covers in anticipation of the first flight of the Allium leaf miner. They typically arrive here in late April with the first wave in NY being over by mid June. That usually coincides nicely with when the garlic begins to produce its scapes and we can remove them

2025 Wrap-up

Wow! 2025 was a great year! Despite weather challenges we had a really good harvest, and we are currently sold out of almost everything. We attended our first garlic festival, Webster Garlic fest, which was a smashing success. It was great to talk "garlic" with all of our customers and make some new friends.
