Refund Policy

We inspect all bulbs prior to shipping and send out only the best quality for seed garlic.  There are many variables with growing such as soil prep, climate, proper storage, and suitability for your region. Therefore, we cannot guarantee how well it will perform for you. We cannot refund or replace seed once it has been planted. We also cannot take responsibility for freeze damage if shipped after November 15th.  If you have any questions please contact us before purchasing.

If there is an issue with our bulbs upon arrival, please contact us within 4 days with pictures and return within 10 days and we will work to resolve any issues.  Our liability is limited to the cost of the product. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs.

Garlic is a perishable so once it arrives, please open immediately to inspect, and store it properly in a cool, dark place until planting.
