2025 Harvest update

After a super-hot and steamy week, we have just completed the 2025 harvest. All varieties are in the barn and on to the curing process. In the upcoming weeks we will work on cleaning and sorting for size.

We expect to have all varieties loaded and up for sale by August 1st. This year we will have Chesnok, Vietnamese, Italy Hill, Inchelium and limited amounts of Violet spring and Pehoski Purple.

For our local folks we have started putting the fresh garlic on the stand for sale. We will also have an abundance of hot peppers, tomatoes, zucchini and cucumbers on the way. In the fall look forward to winter squash and pumpkins.
