2025 Wrap-up

Wow! 2025 was a great year! Despite weather challenges we had a really good harvest, and we are currently sold out of almost everything. We attended our first garlic festival, Webster Garlic fest, which was a smashing success. It was great to talk "garlic" with all of our customers and make some new friends. We are planning to attend again next year.

All of our planting for next year has been completed and we tested out the new dibbler. It has saved us so much time in planting and we got all of the garlic in the ground in one day! Quite an accomplishment for us. We have added more of the popular Italy Hill and added some German red to keep up with the demand. Providing they do well, Dutch Red Shallots will make a comeback as well as the French Grey shallots.
