A highly popular variety that originated in the Republic of Georgia. Beautiful purple heads, typically with 8-12 medium to small cloves. Often said to be one of the best tasting garlics, not overpowering and great for all uses.
Tends to be smaller while growing compared to other varieties and typically heads are small to medium although large ones are not out of the realm if it has the right growing conditions.
